Marina Berlusconi

Marina Berlusconi was born in Milan on 10 August 1966.
She joined the company at a very young age and she has always been involved in the decision-making processes related to the corporate management and business and financial strategies development.

In July 1996 she was appointed Deputy Chairman of Fininvest S.p.A., a position she served until October 2005 when she was appointed Chairman of the holding.
She has been Chairman of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore S.p.A. since February 2003

Currently, she is also a member of the Board of Directors of Mediaset SpA, now MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE N.V., and from October 2008 to April 2012, he was on the Board of Directors of Mediobanca.

In June 2024, she was appointed Knight of Labor by the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella.

Danilo Pellegrino

Danilo Pellegrino

Born in Milan on 18 September 1957, Danilo Pellegrino is Chief Executive Officer of Fininvest S.p.A.

In 1975, during his studies in Economics and Business Administration at Università Cattolica in Milan, he joined Magneti Marelli S.p.A., a company of Fiat Group, in which he held several positions within corporate Administration and Control Area. In 1988 he joined Fininvest S.p.A. in his quality as manager in the corporate Control Area. In 1999 he was appointed Head of Administration, Planning and Control and he served as General Manager from 2003 to 2016.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore S.p.A. since February 2013 and of Mediaset S.p.A., now MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE N.V., since June 2018.”

Furthermore, Danilo Pellegrino holds several positions in the companies of the Fininvest Group: he has served as Deputy Chairman of Teatro Manzoni in Milan, of Alba Servizi Aerotrasporti, of ISIM and he has been a member of the Board of Directors of A.C. Monza since September 2018.

Barbara Berlusconi was born in Arlesheim (Switzerland) on 30 July 1984.

After her secondary school diploma in Classical Studies at Istituto Collegio Villoresi San Giuseppe in Monza, in July 2010 she graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy at Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele.

In September 2003 she joined the Board of Directors of Fininvest S.p.A.

In 2011 (to 2017) she served at the Board of Directors of A.C. Milan being in charge of Special Projects. From December 2013 to April 2017, she served as Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the football club and as Chairman of Fondazione Milan.

Eleonora Berlusconi was born in Arlesheim (Switzerland) on 7 May 1986.

In September 2009 she graduated from the Business Management Faculty at St. John’s University in New York. Her educational background includes microeconomics, macroeconomics, administration, finance, and project management among others.

In November 2023 she joined the Board of Directors of Fininvest S.p.A.

From 2009 to 2015 she served in several areas at Damiani S.p.A in New York, Fininvest S.p.A. in Milan, Endemol USA in New York, Endemol Shine in London and Fondazione Milan in Milan.

Luigi Berlusconi

Luigi Berlusconi

He was born in Arlesheim (Switzerland) on 27 September 1988.
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Finance at Università Luigi Bocconi in Milan in 2011.

From 2007 to December 2015 he served as member of the Board of Directors of Mediolanum S.p.A., which is listed on Milan Stock Exchange. Since July 2016 to March 2018, he served as member of the Board of Directors of Banca Mediolanum S.p.A., which is listed on Milan Stock Exchange as well.

He has served as Sole Director of B Cinque S.r.l. company since November 2012. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Holding Italiana Quattordicesima S.p.A. since February 2014, in which he has served as Finance Managing Director since December 2011.

From 2010 to 2012 he served as member of the Board of Directors of MolMed S.p.A., a company listed on Milan Stock Exchange.

In June 2012 he was appointed member of the Board of Directors of Fininvest S.p.A.

Pier Silvio Berlusconi was born in Milan on 28 April 1969.

He started his professional career in the marketing area at Publitalia in 1992, then he joined Italia 1 television channel.

In November 1996 he was appointed Director of Network Programming of Mediaset, being in charge of television schedules and programs.

In 1999 he was appointed Deputy General Manager for Contents of RTI and he has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of RTI since April 2000, besides serving as Deputy Chairman of Mediaset.

He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Mediaset Group (now MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE N.V.) since April 2015.

He has served as Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mediaset S.p.A. since February 2020. He has served as Chairman of Medusa Film S.p.A. since June 2020.

Moreover, he currently serves as member of the Board of Directors of the following companies: Arnoldo Mondadori Editore S.p.A., Fininvest S.p.A. and Publitalia S.p.A.

He was born in Milan on 22 November 1948.

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration in 1971 and from the Faculty of Law in 1980 at Università La Sapienza in Rome.

Chartered accountant, lawyer, advocate in cassation, legal auditor.

Partner of Studio Chiomenti, which he joined in 1971, from 1979 to 2016. Senior independent advisor at Studio Chiomenti from 2017 to 2022.
Chairman and member of Boards of Arbitration.
He served as officer and statutory auditor of listed and unlisted financial companies, industrial companies, and banks.

Today, he is an independent director of the Board of Directors of Pirelli & C. S.p.A. and Camfin S.p.A.

Moreover, he serves as Chairman of Fondazione Aurora; Chairman of the Board of Auditors of Fondazione Centro Studi Enel; member of the Strategic Steering Committee of E4Impact Foundation, and member of the Board of Directors of Fondazione Andrea e Anya Recordati.

Adriano Galliani

Adriano Galliani, who was born in Monza on 30 July 1944, is an entrepreneur, sports manager, corporate manager, and politician. He was Chairman of Italian Football League, he served as Chief Executive Manager of A.C. Milan from 1986 to 2017, and as Chief Executive Manager of Mediaset from 1986 to 1998, Chairman of Mediaset Premium and Chairman and Chief Executive Manager of Elettronica Industriale.

Today, he is Senator of the Republic, besides serving as Chairman of Fininvest Real Estate & Services and Chief Executive Officer of A.C. Monza. In 2010 he was awarded the Globe Soccer Executive Career Award and in 2011 he was inducted into the Italian Football Manager Hall of Fame.

Ernesto Mauri

Ernesto Mauri was born in Vimercate (MB) on 2 December 1946. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Mondadori Group (from March 2013 to April 2021). After his first experience in Rusconi Group, Mauri joined Mondadori in 1991 as Magazine Division General Manager. In 2000 he moved to Telecom, then to Cairo Group. In 2007 he returned to Mondadori and served in several positions in the following years, among which Chairman of Mondadori France is worth mentioning.

Today, he serves as member of Presidency Committee of FIEG (Italian Federation of Newspaper Publishers). Since April 2021 he has served as Chairman of Teatro Manzoni S.p.A. and member of the Board of Directors of Fininvest S.p.A.
