With its registered office in Amsterdam (the Netherland) and fiscal residence in Italy and Spain, where it has its operational centres, MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE is the holding company of one of the largest pan-European television and radio broadcasting hubs. MFE A and MFE B securities are listed on Milan Stock Exchange. MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE is also the major shareholder (28.8%) in ProsiebenSat1, one of the largest European media companies and German public company listed on Frankfurt Stock Exchange operating as leading broadcaster in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

The Fininvest Group believes in the upcoming outlooks of free television in Europe and is eager to create an independent pan-European player operating in major markets, underpinned by strong contents and technology, which can improve Europe’s competitive position in the global market. The Mondadori Group prides itself on an over-a-century tradition as book and magazine publisher.

Historic leader in the Italian book publishing sector, it holds a 27% trade publishing market share, operating with some of the largest publishing houses and brands in the country, including Mondadori, Einaudi, Rizzoli, Fabbri, Piemme, Sperling & Kupfer, Frassinelli, BUR, Rizzoli Lizard, Mondadori Electa, De Agostini Libri, and Star Comics, among others.

Its Education business unit, with a 32% market share, operates in school, legal and university, as well as art and illustrated book publishing, besides being managing museum service concessions, and exhibition and cultural event organization.

Besides, the Group operates through a network of over 500 stores across the country, i.e. the largest bookshop network in Italy.

Banca Mediolanum S.p.A., listed on Borsa Italiana, the Italian national stock exchange, and having entered the FTSE MIB Index, the benchmark stock market index for Borsa Italiana, is one of the major players in the asset management market in Italy and Europe. The bank main market is centred in Italy, but its business model has been successfully exported to Spain through Banco Mediolanum over the years.

The bank business model integrates several areas: banking services, social security products, asset management products, insurance products, access to credit and asset and family protection products.

The enduring bond between the Berlusconi and Doris families keeps being seamlessly nurtured with deep friendship and mutual esteem as Silvio Berlusconi and Ennio Doris, the two founders, used to do.

Opened in 1872 as Teatro della Commedia and named after Alessandro Manzoni after his death the following year, Teatro Manzoni is a landmark in the Milanese and Italian culture.

Located in Milan city centre, in the very heart of the fashion district, within walking distance of Via Montenapoleone and Piazza della Scala, the current theatre structure dates back to 1950.

In 1978 it was acquired by the Fininvest Group. Teatro Manzoni distinguishes itself by offering its audience a wide range of cultural events – from prose to comedy, from brilliant to classic plays by great authors, not to mention family-friendly proposals, art disciplines related to body language and music.

Associazione Calcio Monza (Monza Football Association) is a football club founded in 1912 and headquartered in the capital city of Brianza.

Taken over by Fininvest in 2018, after nineteen years the football club returned to Serie B, the second-highest division in the Italian football league system, at the end of the 2019 – 2020 season, having dominated the Serie C A group before championship disruption due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In 2022 – 110 years after its foundation – AC Monza was promoted to Serie A for the first time.
